Please Note That Oversea delivery rates are based on a flat pack 50cm SQ x 4cm High Not over 2kg parcel, So your veneer will be cut to approx. 18" long, so please advise us what is the min length that it can be cut or a surcharge will occur This is because a flat pack is cheaper than any parcel, that takes up volume eg. Cylinder Or boxed parcel If in the case the parcel is heavier or longer a small difference will occur in the delivery charge. ........

If you require special instructions to be placed up on your parcel, We shall do so. But the Courier still require someone to sign for the parcel. However Original Marquetry Ltd take no responsibility if your parcel is lost or damaged.
Return policy details:
No Returns unless Authorised by US or they will be rejected.
Refunds are given at the discretion of company management only with valid reason or a credit note will be issued. 
 We will refund the price of the goods (excluding carriage + V.A.T.) provided they are returned unused and in their original condition, together with the original packaging, within 7 days of the date of the delivery, a letter must accompany the returned item. The cost of return carriage / postage is paid by the customer.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF BUYERS JUST CHANGE THEIR MINDS TO AVOID ANY  DISPUTES IN THE CASE OF DAMAGE ESPECIALLY FOR VENEERS IN THE RETURN PROCESS!
