2. UK Cheques & Postal Orders Please make payable to Original Marquetry Ltd.
3. If you wish to place an order and wish to pay by cheque please check for the total amount with us before sending a cheque.

5. If item is out of stock please allow 1 week or we will phone to let you know when available.
6. Prices can be changed without prior notice.
7. We reserve the right to alter specifications.
8. All goods remain the property of Original Marquetry Ltd until paid for in full.

10. Return policy details:
    No Returns unless Authorised by US or they will be rejected.
    Refunds are given at the discretion of company management only with valid reason or a credit note will be issued.
    We will refund the price of the goods (excluding carriage + V.A.T.) provided they are returned unused and in their original condition, together with the original packaging, within 7 days of the date of the delivery, a letter must accompany the returned item. The cost of return carriage / postage is paid by the customer.
    WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF BUYERS JUST CHANGE THEIR MINDS TO AVOID ANY DISPUTES IN THE CASE OF DAMAGE ESPECIALLY FOR VENEERS IN THE RETURN PROCESS!

Loss Or Damage

1. Please help us to help you. If you do not receive your goods within a week please notify us IMMEDIATELY.
2. Packaging is done with care and attention in the unlikely case of damage please return all original goods, packaging and paperwork to us.

Notification must be made within 2 days of receipt of order or otherwise claims may not be entertained.
