We are open every Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and closed during UK public holidays.
We are an online shop operating mainly via mail order and so we don’t have a retail space open to the public. Order collections and visits to our premises are by appointment only.
Please call ahead to arrange an appointment for visits or if you wish to collect your order. We can then ensure your order is ready, before you travel to us.
We remain open for business only through mail order. Regrettably, due to the current situation, we are not accepting visits to our premises, and there may be delays or disruptions to deliveries.

Does your message concern a bespoke project?
If regarding bespoke marquetry, custom-sized brass strips or bespoke fretwork, click the headings below to reveal the information we’ll need to provide you with a quote. Thank you!
In your message, please include:
- Dimensions: For marquetry panels, note the sizes for both the marquetry and background.
- Materials: Include the wood veneer type. Additional materials may include brass, mother of pearl, abalone etc.
- Design/Sketches: Attach any relevant photos, designs or sketches.
- Quantity: For differing panels, the above information is required for each one.
- Project Overview: If you feel it’s useful, tell us a little about what you’re aiming to do.
Can you send me a catalogue?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a one, but all our products are listed on our website.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, of course. We just ask you to please wait for us to contact you to confirm when it’s ready and when to collect. This is so we can ensure your order is ready before you travel to us.
Collection is available Monday to Friday, between 11:00am and 4:00pm. A packaging fee may apply if the goods require special attention to avoid damage during your transit home.
Please note that due to Covid-19 we are not allowing customers to come into our premises and so we will bring your order to the door.
