Christmas Opening Hours
We will be closed from 5PM on Wednesday 18 December and reopen on Wednesday 7 January 2025.
While the 18 December is our last posting date, we cannot guarantee that orders sent on this day will arrive before Christmas.
Orders and enquiries made after our closure will be processed after we reopen, with Next Working Day orders given priority.

Opening Hours
We are open every Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and closed during UK public holidays.
Our shop operates mainly via mail order, and so visits to our premises and order collections are by appointment only.
Please call ahead to arrange an appointment to visit us, or if you wish to collect your order – this is so we can ensure your order is ready before you travel to us.

Does your message concern a bespoke project?

Bespoke Marquetry
In your message, please include:
- Dimensions: For marquetry panels, note the sizes for both the marquetry and background.
- Materials: Include the wood veneer type. Additional materials may include brass, mother of pearl, abalone etc.
- Design/Sketches: Attach any relevant photos, designs or sketches.
- Quantity: For differing panels, the above information is required for each one.
- Project Overview: If you feel it’s useful, tell us a little about what you’re aiming to do.

Can you send me a catalogue?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a one, but all our products are listed on our website.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, of course. We just ask you to please wait for us to contact you to confirm when it’s ready and when to collect. This is so we can ensure your order is ready before you travel to us.
Collection is available Monday to Friday, between 11:00am and 4:00pm. A packaging fee may apply if the goods require special attention to avoid damage during your transit home.
